Services
Everything a virtual office should do.
An address, someone to handle what arrives there, and a room when you need to be there yourself.
A real business address
Use 205 E 8th St, Suite 102, National City, CA 91950 as your business address. It's a staffed office in a commercial building, not a PO box or a mail drop, so it reads like the office it is.
Mail receiving, scanning and forwarding
We receive and log your mail and email you when something arrives. Then choose: pick it up, have us open and scan it, or have it forwarded [forwarding schedule & postage terms]. Receiving mail for others requires USPS Form 1583 (see below); our USPS CMRA registration is [being confirmed].
Package receiving
Have packages from USPS, UPS, FedEx and Amazon delivered to the office and pick them up at your convenience [confirm carriers & size limits].
Registered agent address
Many businesses need an address where official notices and legal papers can be delivered during business hours. We're confirming how we can offer this under California rules [registered-agent service pending confirmation]. Until then, ask us and we'll tell you what's available.
Notary
Have documents notarized on site by appointment, including the USPS Form 1583 every mail customer completes [confirm commissioned notary & hours].
Conference room, desks and day offices
Meet borrowers, clients or candidates in a private conference room, or work from a desk for the day. Book by the hour or day [rates].
Local phone number
Add a local number that forwards to your cell, with live answering available [confirm options].
Print, scan, fax and check deposit
Print, scan and fax on site. We can also deposit checks that arrive in your mail [confirm].
Business setup help
Help with LLC formation and California Statement of Information filings, and referrals for Live Scan fingerprinting for licensing [confirm scope].
USPS Form 1583
Why you'll fill out a postal form.
The U.S. Postal Service requires anyone who has mail delivered to a commercial mail receiving agency to complete PS Form 1583 and show two forms of ID. The form has to be notarized or witnessed. It's a one-time step, and we'll walk you through it.
